Train for an exciting career that could take you anywhere in the world. As a recreation professional, you could find yourself planning special events or organizing activities and programs for all age groups at community recreation associations and facilities. Your training will include organizing community events, participating in hands-on workshops, and the potential to earn  various certifications in career-related areas. 
 
All classes are available onsite or online.
 
Dual Diploma Option!
 
Canadore graduates of this program are eligible to complete the Recreation Therapy or Strength and Sport Conditioning program in one year. 
 
Study Abroad: Study in Ireland at the Technological University of the Shannon, Midlands and Midwest as part of an exchange or graduate pathway
 
Admissions Requirements
  • OSSD or equivalent, ENG4C or ENG4U
  • If English is not your first language you must provide proof of English competency.
