Volunteer Management

Volunteers are essential to a healthy and vibrant community. Leaders and community organizers must be skilled in all elements of volunteerism. This course will focus on the role and importance of volunteers to community life. Major areas of course concentration will deal with recruiting, screening, placement, training, supervising, evaluating, and recognition of volunteers.
