Financial Management
Description
This course provides students with introductory knowledge of financial management practices in recreation organizations. Students will examine a variety of financial statements such as budgets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Using Excel, students will create program budgets, track cash flow, calculate financial ratios, and produce financial charts. Pricing strategies and calculations will also be explored.
