Professional Sales

Description

This program is designed for sales professionals with a minimum of two years' experience.

The areas of study include: skills for sales success (CPSA accredited), customer relationship management, integrated professional selling and leadership. This certificate program uses an integrated approach that helps students apply the skills learned to their real-world sales situations.

Upon completion and graduation from Professional Sales Certificate you will have completed the educational requirements of the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) and will be eligible to apply for the CPSA Sales Certificate.
