Human Resources Management

In this course, students will explore the nature and importance of Human Resources Management. Students will explore theories and practices related to all functions of HR and how they interrelate. Students will examine in detail the possibilities and constraints involved in Human Resources decision making, planning, employee development, applying current employment legislation, and implementing diversity management. Job analysis will be the key assignment for the course and will be utilized to understand how the various HR functions relate and support each other.
