Project Scope Management

In this course, students will become aware of the importance of scope definition to a projects success. A key output of this course will be that development that explores requirements collection, analysis, categorization and prioritization. Additional scope concepts will address the project scope, work breakdown structure, scope validation and scope control. Students will be applying these scope concepts using a set of forms and reports so they can readily apply the practices described in the PMBOK® Guide to their real world projects.
