Description
In this course, students will learn how project management links to the corporate and operational management goals of an organization. Integrating all the activities within the project is important; however, it is equally important that these activities also meet the objectives of the business and customer. Students will gain an appreciation of how all the project management knowledge areas work together in an integrated manner to produce operational success. Students will also
understand how project management plans, work performance reports, change control logs, lessons learned, and project transitioning to operations, play a pivotal part in ensuring the project delivers on the business needs. Finally, students will be applying project integration concepts using a set of forms and reports so they can readily apply the practices described in the PMBOK® Guide to their real world projects.
