Photography and Imaging

This course focuses on image development and communication while improving technical proficiency in image creation, editing and manipulation.

Part of the course introduces a practical study of creative photography in commercial studio settings. Part of the course introduces the digital post-production methods involved in creating professional quality images. Students will produce their own portfolio of imagery that will be used to solve design problems in other courses. Course content is delivered through lectures, in-class exercises, assignments, discussions and critiques.

This course includes visual, verbal and written components.
