Description
Whether you are dealing with a planned initiative, volatile industry, or unexpected situation, change is inevitable. Due to increasingly dynamic environments where change represents the norm rather than the exception, successful organizations understand that their approach to change must also evolve.
Change is often viewed and managed as an event. However, change is also an element of business strategy. This course explores building change as a capability to enable organizations to continuously evolve, innovate, and adapt to sustain success. Through key theories, concepts, and practices of organizational change management, you will have the opportunity to learn new techniques and skills to be a successful change leader.
