Build Therapeutic Relationships with Clients, Families, & Healthcare Team

This online competency-based Micro-credential is designed to introduce learners to the various ways of establishing healthy and positive relationships with their clients, families, and the healthcare team. Learners will explore the differences between personal and professional relationships, and the importance of establishing healthy boundaries to support the development of therapeutic relationships. Learners will apply their knowledge by completing various case scenario activities and assessments to establish and maintain healthy relationships with clients, families, and other Personal Support Workers.
