Assessment and Documentation II for Therapeutic Recreation - 7 wks

This course will provide students with the competencies to be skilled in assessment and documentation practices. The assessment and documentation processes will be reviewed and considered as part of the overall therapeutic recreation process. Students will build their documentation skills in relation to the assessment process and therapeutic recreation service delivery. Various documentation methods and forms, as well as charting systems, will be examined.
